Yulia Tymoshenko: there is no guarantor of the constitution in Ukraine
Today, Yanukovych signed the unconstitutional law on coalition forming. As of this moment, it’s clear that there is no guarantor of the Constitution in Ukraine, and the world understands that the Constitution and law are meaningless from this point on. Unfortunately, now the coalition and government will be formed by deception, bribery and blackmail.
If a coalition and government are formed on the basis of this unconstitutional law, then Ukraine will have an illegal coalition and illegal government. Ukraine will not have a legitimate government. It’s a shame that this is how Yanukovych is beginning.
