BYuT will insist on early parliamentary elections if there is an illegal government

The Yulia Tymoshenko Bloc will insist on holding early parliamentary elections if the Administrative and Constitutional Courts rule that the democratic coalition was illegally dissolved and the changes to parliamentary regulations were unconstitutional.

"We will claim that that a coalition wasn’t formed in 30 days, and government in 60, and that early parliamentary elections must be held. Because the government, coalition and parliament can’t work legitimately," Yulia Tymoshenko said today during a press conference.

According to her, the decisions by these courts will demonstrate their ability to be an instrument for the opposition to use to fight the government and defend the national interests.

"The most effective thing to do right now is turn to the judicial branch and check once again whether there’s a Constitutional Court and Administrative Court in Ukraine. And understand whether we as the opposition can consider the courts as a tool in our fight for the national interests," Yulia Tymoshenko said.
