Presidential candidate Yulia Tymoshenko declares her income

pr_a9362.jpgUkraine presidential candidate, Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko, published her 2008 income statement in the Holos Ukrainy (Voice of Ukraine –Ed.) newspaper (Issue 207, November 3, 2009).

In 2008, Yulia Tymoshenko earned 386.170 thousand UAH in her post as a civil servant while members of her family earned 2.8 million UAH.

Among the family members listed in the statement, the head of government named only her husband, Oleksandr Tymoshenko, who in 2008 earned 2.791 million UAH in income from business and independent professional activities.

The Prime Minister in 2008 didn’t earn income from dividends, interest or royalties; benefits; earnings from scientific, lecturing or art work; income from business or independent business activities as well as income from disposing of securities and corporate rights.

Yulia Tymoshenko doesn’t have any financial debt, including foreign debt.

In 2008, the head of government spent 75 thousand UAH on upkeep and maintenance of property belonging to her husband Oleksandr. According to the statement concerning real estate property, he owns an apartment with an area of 52.1 square meters as well as a garage spanning 255.1 square meters.

Yulia Tymoshenko doesn’t own a means of transportation. The Toyota Prado SUV belongs to her husband.

According to the declaration, the head of government doesn’t own any securities. At the same time Oleksandr Tymoshenko owns foreign securities worth 2.5 thousand UAH.

Yulia Tymoshenko doesn’t have any money deposited in banks in her name. According to the declaration, her husband Oleksandr holds 82.889 thousand UAH in banks.
