Verkhovna Rada supports government’s proposals on technogenic safety
Today the Verkhovna Rada, with votes from 290 MPs, adopted in the first reading the government bill “On technogenic safety.”
The bill (Reg. No.3438) determines basic principles of technogenic safety and governmental regulation of technogenically dangerous objects, including licensing, state examination, auditing, civil responsibility insurance, assessment of technogenic safety conditions.
The bill determines obligations of the economic entities and citizens as to technogenic safety provision, principles of legal responsibility in this field, etc.
