BYuT: opposition in parliament can only be formed by factions

_dsc2796.jpgA united parliamentary opposition can be formed only by factions, not individual deputies.

"At present, BYuT is the only opposition faction. All those who want a united opposition must know that it is formed by factions," Serhiy Mishchenko said today, reports the BYuT press service.

The parliamentarian reported the BYuT is holding negotiations with Our Ukraine – People’s Self-Defense on forming a united opposition but that its difficult because "certain deputies want to follow a different path."

"If OU-PSD wants to announce that they are in opposition and unite with us, they need 37 signatures and then we can officially announce an opposition union," he said.
