CEC data: Yulia Tymoshenko confidently leading in 17 regions of Ukraine

Yulia Tymoshenko has come out on top in 16 oblasts and the city of Kyiv.

According to information released by the Central Election Commission, she was supported by the Vinnytsia and Volyn oblasts – 71.16% and 81.9%, respectively.

Also among her supporters are the Zhytomyr (57.5%), Zakarpattia (51.66%), Ivano-Frankivsk (88.91%), Kyiv (69.72%), Kirovohrad (54.56%) and Lviv (86.04%) oblasts.

She also received a majority of votes in the Poltava (54.19%), Rivne (76.24%), Sumy (62.4%), Ternopil (88.39%), Khmelnytsky (69.72%), Cherkasy (65.23%), Chernivtsi (66.47%), and Chernihiv (63.6%) oblasts.

In Ukraine’s capital, Yulia Tymoshenko garnered 65.34% of the votes.
