BYuT: Fraud uncovered during vote count in Donbas

Yulia Tymoshenko’s campaign office in the Luhansk office reports that there were serious violations at the district election commissions that affect the outcome of the vote.

"In Stakhaniv (election district 116), 250 spoiled ballots were found at one of the polling stations. The vote count was repeated, during which members of the district election commission found 20 invalid ballots that were 'accidentally' counted in favor of Viktor Yanukovych," reports the Donbas office.

According to information from them, in election district 113 (Rubizhne and Severodonetsk) the head of the district election commission, who represents Viktor Yanukovych, isn’t releasing the protocol for signature and won’t give a reason. Representatives of Yulia Tymoshenko at this TEC have called the police.

"At election district 111 (Antratsyt) there is videotaped evidence of election documentation being repacked direction in the hall of the premises where the TEC is located. This is a flagrant violation of the law. The police were called and the prosecutor’s office is handling the case."
