Yulia Tymoshenko: Batkivshchyna will be participating in elections under its name
Batkivshchyna will be participating in local elections under this name, says the party’s leader, Yulia Tymoshenko.
"The Batkivshchyna Party, which will be running independently in these elections, will be running under the name that it’s had for 11 years now," Yulia Tymoshenko said today during a briefing in Kyiv.
Yulia Tymoshenko also noted that her team "decided to nominate candidates for deputies to local government and all party posts through primaries."
