OSCE troubled by changes to law on eve of presidential elections (video)
The Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe has voiced its concern over amendments made to the presidential election law between the two rounds of voting.
"Introducing changes to the presidential election law several days before the vote will result in significant fraud," said the President of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly Joao Soares.
"We urged Ukrainian politicians not to change the legislation between the two rounds….if there are major changes in the composition of all the commission across Ukraine in the last two days before the second round – this will be a very strong signal," he added.
