Afterword: Elections. Violations. Court
We decided that disclosing some of the information from one of the nine volumes of evidence that were given to the Higher Administrative Court but not made public, will help convince every visitor to Yulia Tymoshenko’s official website of the brazen way our opponents from the Party of Regions "secured" their leader’s victory – a victory that is impossible to recognize.
We’re publishing information about fraud in only one city – Dnipropetrovsk, which will provide, without much imagination, a picture of what was going on throughout the country.
The main mechanism for rigging the results was the State Voter Register. As you know, the responsibility for maintaining it rests with local authorities - state administrations whose leaders are subordinate to the president, then Viktor Yushchenko (and he, as you know, was a presidential candidate and during the second round of voting deployed his administrative resource in support of Viktor Yanukovych). Despite the fact that representatives of Yulia Tymoshenko gave the polling station and district election commissions the necessary changes, on election day the lists remained in their original form - hence the "duplicates" and supplementary lists for voting, which were a mirror of the original lists. This was the basis for all other methods of falsifications, including so-called "carousels".
In Dnipropetrovsk vehicles drove along routes that were published in the 3 February 2010 issue of the newspaper "LITSA" № 9 (615) in the section "Schedule for transportation of voters in the city of Dnipropetrovsk to the polls on 7 February 2010." The schedule contains the numbers and addresses of polling stations, routes to the polling stations and stops along the way, the working hours and departure intervals.
In total, more than 100 such routes were organized in the city, and so that they are not left without “clients” announcements were posted in all districts of the city that transportation will be provided free of charge.
Inside the vehicles there was illegal campaigning for candidate Viktor Yanukovych, voters were pressured and paid money for a vote. In other words, voter bribery, which is confirmed by written complaints of violations of electoral legislation. When boarding the bus, people were told: "This bus is driving voters for Viktor Yanukovych." "Viktor Yanukovych supporters allowed only," etc.

Incidentally, the documents also include a contract for the provision of free passenger transportation services. And the customer is not a district or polling station election commission, as provided by the law, but the Dniprovsky Raion Organization of Veterans of Ukraine.
Moreover, the transportation companies that signed these contracts did not inform, as provided by the terms of licensing for scheduled and non-scheduled passenger transport, the relevant offices of the Ministry of Transport and the Main State Road Transport Inspectorate of changes in the routes.
Thus, supporters of the other candidate were put on obvious unequal terms, which is considered a violation of the principle of universal suffrage through the creation of direct and immediate benefits for segments of the electorate on the basis of their political beliefs.
Representatives and observers from Yulia Tymoshenko recorded such violations and wrote up complaints to the relevant polling station and district election commissions. However, these complaints were denied or simply not accepted.

Incidentally, during one of the many attempts to submit complaints to the district election commission, Serhiy Solokha, Yulia Tymoshenko’s representative in territorial election district 24, and two other representatives were arrested by the police for alleged "disorderly conduct."

These are only a few of the documented falsifications. All of them were given to the Higher Administrative Court of Ukraine, which, nevertheless, refused to seek the truth. And the truth was needed not only for supporters of Yulia Tymoshenko, but supporters of the "newly elected" president to unassailably confirm his legitimacy.
It was extremely difficult to establish fair elections in our country. But if we do not analyze the fairness of the election, do not analyze all the evidence and all the components that may prove the honesty or dishonesty of the election, we will never be able to say that the will of the people became reality and that power in our state is legitimate.
