Mykola Katerynchuk: Yulia Tymoshenko will win by 50-100 thousand votes
"I think our forecast is correct and Yulia Tymoshenko will beat Viktor Yanukovych by 50-100 thousand votes. We thought the difference would be 300-400 thousand votes, but the turnout we’re seeing so far gives us these numbers. The rest is up to the team – to maintain this result," Mykola Katerynchuk said on the First National TV Channel.
According to the parliamentarian, it’s too early to speak about a victory by Viktor Yanukovych in the presidential elections and we should wait for the official results from the CEC. Katerynchuk noted that exit polls data was compiled as of 6pm, and therefore they may not reflect the full picture.
"These data were compiled at 6pm, so the picture isn’t so critical, because from the first minute of voting the situation varied from 9% to no more than 3%. I think it's too early to talk about Yanukovych’s victory," he said.
