Yulia Tymoshenko: Yanukovych was scared to arrest me right now
Judge Rodion Kireyev has rejected the prosecution’s motion to change the restrictive measure for Yulia Tymoshenko from a travel ban to arrest.
"Yanukovych was afraid to arrest me now and gave his policemen instead of "go!" the command "boo!" This time the sanction wasn’t changed," Yulia Tymoshenko wrote on Twitter.
The judge had spent close to an hour in the deliberation room before announcing his ruling.
