First round of elections will show real public opinion
Yulia Tymoshenko, candidate for president of Ukraine and leader of the Batkivshchyna Party, says that election campaign polls are increasingly being used to manipulate voter opinion.
“Most people don’t trust opinion polls because they are political technologies. I can firmly say that there should be no candidates from the clans in the second round. And don’t help them get revenge,” Yulia Tymoshenko said in an interview on channel TVA in Chernivtsi.
The leader of Batkivshchyna urged citizens to examine the biographies of the politicians running for president. “Look at how each candidate for president has lived his life, what he did in life, what challenges he overcame and mistakes he made, and only by focusing on his past can you talk about making a choice in candidate for president,” she said.
“The sociology being announced today doesn’t exist in life. The first round of the election will show real public opinion, so don’t worry about the polls,” Yulia Tymoshenko said.
The program “Polityka” with Yulia Tymoshenko will air tonight at 9:30 pm on Chernivtsi channel TVA.
