Batkivshchyna party leader Yulia Tymoshenko has greeted the residents of Rivne on their city day.
“You have always been leaders in the struggle for Ukrainian independence, for it to become an independent and free European state,” Yulia Tymoshenko said.
The politician recalled that the Peresopnytsia Gospels, on which all presidents of Ukraine have taken the oath of office, was born on this land.
The parliamentarian urged the people of Rivne to believe in a bright and prosperous future for Ukraine.
“Our generation will reach its potential and move Ukraine forward to victory,” Yulia Tymoshenko concluded.
The Batkivshchyna leader laid flowers at the monument to the Heavenly Hundred and ATO fighters who died defending Ukraine’s independence.
