Batkivshchyna Party leader Yulia Tymoshenko says that Russia’s so-called “sanctions list” has confirmed the manipulative nature of the technology used by the current president, Petro Poroshenko, to discredit political opponents on the eve of the start of the election campaign by groundlessly accusing them of being pro-Russian.
“Poroshenko’s propaganda pyramid, which he built against me, completely crumbled,” Yulia Tymoshenko said during a press conference in Chernivtsi, where she is on a working visit.
The parliamentarian explained that Petro Poroshenko has built his strategy for winning a second presidential term based on the dirty technology that “he is a patriot of Ukraine, and I am allegedly the Kremlin’s hand.” However, the “sanctions list” of the aggressor country-Russian confirmed that such accusations are baseless.
“Poroshenko and his corrupt environment did not fall under the sanctions of the aggressor country-Russia. This means that it is one whole, including war-related business,” she said.
“Our team is on this sanctions list because we do not adhere to double standards, we stand for independence, and we fight for freedom and peace with all our dedication,” the parliamentarian concluded.
